Product Description& application:
Tungsten Carbide Roll Rings as the characters of high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and good compressive properties which is an important parts in the steel bar and wire rod rolling.
The rolls are primarily applied in high speed wire line, Knocks three roll mill, seamless pipe stretch reducing mill, three dimensional rolls for cold-rolled ribbed steel bar, and composite roll for hot-rolled bar screw thread steel etc.
Samples:
Normally we do not offer free samples, but we could properly adjust according to detailed requirement.
Sample lead time: 15 days around with existing mould.
Mould time: 20-65 days depends on detailed drawing and requirement.
Production lead time: 15-90 days depends on mould and material
Shipment:
For small order, Express will be the best. It takes only 3-5 days after we sent via TNT, Fedex or DHL. The freight can be to collect via your express company account or prepaid by us.
For bulk order, sea ship way is best but take longer time.
For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport or by Express send to your door.
